RingCentral is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business within the Healthcare market. We are a $2 Billion annual revenue company with a $93 Billion market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center, and AI-powered adjacencies. This role focuses on leveraging remote resources (engineering, marketing, business development) to sell technology solutions in a greenfield space.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony)
- Experience in the Healthcare vertical (desired)
- Demonstrated sales record of obtaining/exceeding quota
- Skilled in conducting presentations and online web demos
- Ability to adhere to and adopt a measured sales process
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements
- Strong prospecting, engaging, and acquiring net new logos
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial flare – ability to learn and adapt quickly
- BS degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue through customer acquisition in designated territory and named accounts.
- Consistently strike/exceed quarterly & annual sales targets.
- Partner with regional VARs to effectively identify, engage, and deliver new customers.
- Own strategy around funnel, pipeline, and forecasting – owning GTM for respective patch.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
