Requirements

Responsibilities

The Solution Consultant will act as a technical and domain expert for the client-facing sales team, supporting Healthcare Provider Solution Sales and guiding revenue for specific products. Responsibilities include developing and positioning product-specific solutions during sales cycles, leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, and delivering product demonstrations. The role involves answering product feature and technical questions, guiding strategic programs like customer journey sessions, providing feedback to product management on enhancements, and sharing best practices with other Solution Consultants. Additionally, the consultant will stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation, and support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
