Skills in consultative, solution-based selling and a track record of closing multi-contact opportunities are essential. Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting and comfort engaging with multiple decision-makers (clinical, operational, executive) within an account are required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a remote sales environment, holding a BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
As an SMB Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities, from prospecting and discovery through tailored solution demos and closing. You will combine strategic territory planning with high-quality, consistent activity to drive adoption of Medely’s healthcare staffing platform. Success involves understanding each facility’s operational and staffing challenges and positioning Medely as a long-term, value-driven partner. Responsibilities include ramping quickly on the platform, value proposition, and healthcare staffing landscape, building outbound prospect lists, following up on inbound leads, running consultative discovery calls, demonstrating the platform, generating pipeline primarily through self-prospecting, and closing deals. You will also navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build new opportunities, expand existing customer relationships, and partner with Customer Success for smooth onboarding and high adoption.
