Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of quota-carrying direct SaaS sales experience in a full cycle closing role, exhibiting strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills. Experience in closing multiple deals per quarter with an average ACV of +$50K to $1M is required. Candidates should be able to articulate Numeral’s value proposition to C-level executives and decision makers, and demonstrate a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. High adaptability and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue for Numeral by owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close and activation for Mid-Market to Enterprise companies. They will develop strategies for hunting, demoing the product, and closing opportunities while providing a consultative selling approach. This role involves analyzing customer needs, advising customers, and building long-standing relationships. The Senior Account Executive will focus on pipeline generation, revenue, and forecast accuracy, and will navigate internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Collaboration with product, design, solutions, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback is also a key responsibility.
