Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with high volume calling environments or similar fast-paced, semi-repetitive work environments, and a proven track record of consistently meeting activity targets. They must also have experience using strong selling techniques and objection handling processes, and possess the ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders across both technical and non-technical roles. Furthermore, applicants should be adaptable, able to pick up new technologies, assess situations quickly, and find smarter ways to achieve goals, and be coachable, loving to learn, receive feedback, and improve their skills.

Responsibilities

As an SDR Caller, the individual will be responsible for owning phone-first outbound outreach for Apollo Labs client campaigns, booking at least 13 qualified meetings per client per month with a 70%+ hold rate, making approximately 210 dials per day using Apollo’s Parallel Dialer, mastering call architecture, talk tracks, and objection handling strategies, and logging performance while taking coaching feedback and improving week over week. They will also learn the fundamentals of cold outbound strategy and campaign messaging, qualification, discovery, and objection handling, team-based collaboration, and RevOps tooling, and sales performance psychology and compensation-based motivation.
