Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience or high school diploma/GED and 5 years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating within service levels to internal and external customers, by email and phone
Manage orders through the entire life cycle (order entry to invoice)
Collaborate with key members of Sales, supply chain, finance, and regulatory/compliance to assure order fulfillment
Arrange appropriate logistics when necessary, including shipping and tracking
Proactively mitigate customer service issues and escalate to the Manager where appropriate
Work in a fast-paced environment while handling high volume email communications
Work collaboratively with a team and independently
