Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience or high school diploma/GED and 5 years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating within service levels to internal and external customers, by email and phone
  • Manage orders through the entire life cycle (order entry to invoice)
  • Collaborate with key members of Sales, supply chain, finance, and regulatory/compliance to assure order fulfillment
  • Arrange appropriate logistics when necessary, including shipping and tracking
  • Proactively mitigate customer service issues and escalate to the Manager where appropriate
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while handling high volume email communications
  • Work collaboratively with a team and independently
