The Sales Support Specialist will assist Account Executives with pricing and deal workflows, including preparing pricing structures and creating quotes using CPQ tools. They will manage CRM records, update account and opportunity data, and act as an internal liaison for various departments like Billing, Legal, and Support. This role involves ensuring smooth sales processes by coordinating with internal teams, providing customer support on calls, preparing for sales meetings, and maintaining team-level trackers for cross-functional issue resolution.
