Responsibilities also include coordinating escalated issues with relevant departments, managing potential call-outs, documenting encountered scenarios, and sharing learnings. Maintaining accurate client communication and ticket documentation in Hubspot, and coordinating with other departments for reconciliation and report generation are key duties.
