Availability to work during client support hours, including early mornings, early evenings, and weekend rotations, is essential.
The Client Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via online channels, LiveChat, and phone. They will troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues for veterinary professionals and hospitals, providing accurate and supportive responses. Responsibilities also include coordinating escalated issues with relevant departments, managing potential call-outs, documenting encountered scenarios, and sharing learnings. Maintaining accurate client communication and ticket documentation in Hubspot, and coordinating with other departments for reconciliation and report generation are key duties.
