Candidates must possess a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Deal Desk role within a SaaS company. A customer-first perspective, experience supporting global customers, and strong business partnering skills are essential. Proficiency in computer applications like Google Suite, Slack, Windows, Excel, and Word, along with CRM systems, is required, with SFDC and CPQ experience being a plus.
The Deal Desk Analyst will provide expert guidance to Sales and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management, participating in deal reviews to drive account-level strategy. They will ensure efficient deal processing, review and approve quotes, draft and finalize contracts, and verify compliance with company policies. The analyst will also handle day-to-day queries from Sales and Account Management regarding quoting tools and CRM systems, assist with testing quoting tool enhancements, and support sales enablement through training initiatives.
