Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a Deal Desk role. A strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and revenue recognition principles is required. The ideal candidate is extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail, capable of prioritizing and project-managing tasks under pressure. Excellent communication skills are essential for discussing sensitive data with various business functions. Comfort in managing multiple tasks and deals simultaneously for multiple stakeholders is necessary, as is the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment with ambiguity. Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills are mandatory. This remote position requires the candidate to be based in the United States within the Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Analyst will support sales teams with the operational execution of deals, focusing on North America and APAC. Key responsibilities include assisting in the design, approval, and review of deals based on the pricing model, and serving as a trusted advisor on deal structure, quoting, and order form creation. The role involves advising on alternate contract options to facilitate deal closure, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Sales to process standard and non-standard deals, and reviewing order forms for accuracy against Salesforce data. Additionally, the analyst will identify and implement process and system improvements for deal execution efficiency, manage multiple tasks and priorities during high-volume periods, support and improve the DealHub CPQ tool, and train the sales organization through documentation and training sessions.
