Strong project management, consensus-building, and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity. Desirable qualifications include 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a Master's degree, familiarity with regulated industries or drug development, experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, experience with remote teams, and a willingness to travel.
