Associate Director, Business Process Analyst

The Associate Director will provide expert direction to the team, overseeing procedural documentation, project management, and process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Responsibilities include performing content review and quality control for documents to ensure alignment with company policies, proposing and implementing plans to resolve complex issues, and driving team progress on multiple projects. The role involves determining actions required to achieve team goals, leveraging and managing junior staff, and developing their capabilities. Synthesizing complex data and presenting findings to senior leadership, assessing process alignment with stakeholders, and prioritizing revisions are also key duties. Additionally, the position supports budget creation, resource allocation, advises on training material development, and drives standardization and adoption of best practices across the organization.
