Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight years of experience in selling new or existing solutions to clients, demonstrating significant revenue growth. The role requires the ability to rapidly assess client environments, manage complex sales, and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in sales methodologies, Salesforce.com, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word is essential. The position also requires an ownership mindset, a continuous growth mindset, and the willingness to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
The Sales Specialist II is responsible for cultivating customer relationships, understanding their business challenges, and identifying how Dun & Bradstreet's solutions can provide value. This includes developing new accounts, expanding existing ones through renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling. The specialist will act as a trusted advisor, map solutions to customer needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and convey customer feedback to product development teams. Maintaining accurate data in SFDC, participating in account planning, and conducting business and solutions reviews are also key duties.
