Position Overview

DeepIntent is a leader in the healthcare advertising industry, utilizing data-driven solutions to improve patient outcomes through advertising, data science, and real-world clinical data. The Sales Marketing Manager will be instrumental in equipping revenue teams with the necessary tools, content, and strategies to effectively engage prospects and clients. This role demands creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling materials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive library of sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and email outreach templates.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to ensure message alignment and support revenue objectives.
  • Translate technical or complex ideas into clear, persuasive content tailored for various audiences.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for sales teams.
  • Utilize sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic) and RFP/questionnaire management tools (e.g., Loopio) to optimize content delivery and response processes.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales enablement materials and programs to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with a proven track record of creating impactful, client-facing content.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools like Seismic and RFP/questionnaire management tools like Loopio is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, life sciences, or privacy-centric industries is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
