To strengthen our Global Surgical Solutions (GSS) team, we are looking for you as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in the Würzburg - Nürnberg - Deggendorf - Altötting region.

Responsibilities

  • Presentation of the company and sales of the assigned product portfolio, including new products, with responsibility for incoming orders and revenue.
  • Systematic identification and acquisition of potential new customers in the sales territory.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Technical and commercial support and consultation of customers, also in coordination with the service organization to strengthen after-sales.
  • Support in preparing decision proposals for framework agreements with purchasing groups and private hospital operators.
  • Analysis of customer, market, and competitor situations and requirements in the sales territory, as well as identification of market potentials and expansion opportunities.
  • Continuous maintenance of customer and project data using the CRM system.
  • Determination of customer needs regarding the assigned product portfolio.
  • Regular coordination with relevant departments, especially with the team from Sales Operations and Sales Support directly involved in the sales process.
  • Guided introduction of new products and training of customers in the application of the products.
  • Support and assistance with trial orders as well as installation and commissioning of products.
  • Participation in trade fairs/congresses/events.
  • Support in conducting internal company training and at appointments with existing and new customers (e.g., product workshops).

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree in a technical or business administration field, or a comparable specialization with a focus on medical technology, sales, or marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the sales of complex medical products and services in the hospital market, with at least 2 years of professional experience in the operational or clinical field.
  • Medical device consultant with above-average technical and commercial understanding.
  • Knowledge of the interfaces between medical technology, IT, and hospital management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
