Candidates must possess a university degree in a technical or business administration field, or a comparable discipline with a focus on medical technology, sales, or marketing. A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in selling complex medical products and services within the hospital market is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in an operational or clinical role. Additionally, candidates should have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, fluent German language skills, good English proficiency, and a willingness to travel.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for presenting the company and selling the assigned product portfolio, including new products, and managing order intake and revenue. This includes systematically identifying and acquiring potential new customers, building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, and providing technical and commercial support and advice. Responsibilities also involve supporting the preparation of decision proposals for framework agreements, analyzing customer, market, and competitor situations, and identifying market potential. The role requires continuous customer and project data maintenance using a CRM system, determining customer needs for the assigned product portfolio, and coordinating regularly with relevant internal teams. The representative will also manage the introduction of new products, train customers on product usage, support trial orders, installations, and commissioning, participate in trade fairs and congresses, and assist with internal training sessions and customer meetings.
