Position Overview

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting [Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX] Solution Sales. You will guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Sales: Act as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead Discovery Workshops: Determine customers' challenges and present product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
  • Answer Technical Questions: Provide answers to product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Provide Feedback: Offer feedback to product management regarding product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value.
  • Share Best Practices: Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay Current: Remain up-to-date on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support Marketing Events: Participate in executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • AI Integration Experience: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Pre-Sales Experience: 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Platform Proficiency: Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Collaboration Experience: Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory Management: Skills in territory management, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to guide execution excellence.
  • Travel: Travel, as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Pay: $131,925 - $217,725 (for positions in this location)
  • Additional Compensation: Equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure for sales positions.
  • Benefits: Health plans (including flexible spending accounts), a 401(k) Plan with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.

Note: Compensation is based on geographic location and subject to change based on work location. Base pay is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
