Responsibilities

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones a nivel directivo (Senior/C-Suite) con socios estratégicos, y trabajar con ellos para identificar y calificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Desarrollar e impulsar una estrategia adecuada de gestión del portafolio en colaboración con las Unidades de Negocio, para expandir y proteger la participación de mercado, optimizar la estrategia de precios y construir acuerdos contractuales y relaciones a largo plazo con clientes y socios estratégicos
  • Comprender las prioridades estratégicas de la cuenta asignada y desarrollar programas con valor agregado adecuados para cada cuenta
  • Desarrollar, comunicar e implementar planes de negocio para lograr los objetivos estratégicos
  • Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades continuas de crecimiento mutuo en ventas con cuentas estratégicas clave
  • Gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes más importantes y estratégicos de la compañía
  • Generar valor a largo plazo mediante la identificación de oportunidades de negocio, el desarrollo de estrategias personalizadas y el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales
  • Trabajar estrechamente con ejecutivos de alto nivel (C-Suite), coordinar equipos internos multifuncionales, implementar planes de cuentas, negociar acuerdos comerciales complejos y garantizar una experiencia del cliente alineada con las prioridades estratégicas del negocio
