Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Frequent travel required (up to 50%) to customer sites, meetings, and industry events
  • Work may involve exposure to industrial environments, varying temperatures, and noise levels

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
  • Accurately maintain CRM records for sales forecasting and strategic planning
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, company offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Participate in customer engagement initiatives such as trade shows, webinars, and networking events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions to customers
  • Other duties as assigned
