Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain understanding of Sales Operations processes, other key functional area processes, and various IT systems used in support of the sales force
  • Create and distribute sales reporting and analytics by product, customer, and geography
  • Understanding & training ability to utilizing SAP & Salesforce technology
  • Develops strong, positive working relationships with Sales Operations team members, Customer Service team members, Quality team members, Field Sales Representatives and Managers, and other personnel this position will interact with on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop project requirements, scope, and execute on project delivery
  • Remains current on developments in field(s) of expertise, regulatory requirements, as well as industry trends. Remains abreast of technical advancements
