Responsibilities

  • Be the face of P&G to key customers and sell mutually effective business plans while developing constructive business relationships
  • Translate business plans into practical selling narratives for the customer
  • Manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
  • Develop marketing plans and sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
  • Derive insights from data, shopper behavior and execute sales and marketing strategies that will continue to grow brands profitably for the customer
  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop insights and provide input into retailer category strategy
  • Lead a mix of projects enabling demonstration of the breadth and depth of leadership
  • Be the point of brand and category expertise with customers - serving as a trusted business advisor
  • Innovate new solutions to sophisticated business challenges
  • Participate in diverse multi-functional teams and eventually lead and manage others
