Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in community building, content strategy, and/or sales enablement within a tech or marketplace environment, with a proven ability to lead and scale community programs. Strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential, along with experience in creator ecosystems and marketplace dynamics.
As Head of Community and Content, the individual will develop and execute a community engagement strategy, build and scale programs for event creators, identify and manage ambassador programs, establish community health metrics, lead content strategy and editorial planning, drive content for various channels, and collaborate with product marketing and growth teams to create educational resources.
