HopSkipDrive is seeking a seasoned B2B marketing/sales leader with significant experience in B2B and usage-based models, who has a proven track record in driving demand to generate revenue. As the Vice President of Revenue Marketing, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for the strategy and execution of our marketing channels, focused on building a strong pipeline and driving increased usage among our clients. You will lead our demand generation channels, managing a team of marketers, sales development representatives, business development, and the RFP function, bringing in new clients, fueling pipeline revenue, and driving usage amongst clients.

Our Marketing and Communications team grows brand awareness of HopSkipDrive among key audiences in the communities in which we operate. This team owns the strategy and execution of work to grow our client base among schools and school districts, and strengthen our reputation among families, riders, policymakers, and other stakeholders leveraging earned, owned, and paid media channels.
As the Vice President of Revenue Marketing, you are responsible for our top-of-funnel performance, driving measurable demand and contributing to the ambitious growth and success of our company. You are confident pulling all levers necessary to drive demand and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners. Your expertise in demand generation, sales, event marketing, ABM, and paid media will help fuel the next stage of our growth.
