Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams is essential, as is a strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture.
As a Sales Manager, Japan, you will actively contribute to the country’s sales strategy and execution by managing the Japan sales team while also building and scaling channel partnerships as a key growth engine. Your mission is to drive rapid customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion across Japan’s SME and mid-market segments, and you will design and scale a robust channel partner program, build and mentor the Japan sales team, and act as a thought leader and Airwallex brand ambassador.
