The Sales Executive must be proactive in selling leading software from the market leader in the industry, while closely monitoring sector developments and continuously refining their proposals. They should also utilize various communication channels to reach the right people, actively seeking opportunities through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to achieve their goals.
This role involves continuously engaging with companies in the Dutch construction and manufacturing industries, developing existing customer relationships at various levels to discuss their goals and business processes. The Sales Executive will identify opportunities to align solutions with customer needs, collaborate with technical colleagues to develop proposals and write successful quotes with a clearly defined scope. After an assignment, they will ensure a careful handover to a consultant and remain involved in the project behind the scenes. Building and maintaining strong relationships with their accounts is crucial, and they will ensure these relationships continue to develop. Finally, they will work systematically to achieve their ambitious quarterly and annual targets.
