Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in selling IT services and outsourcing business
  • Deep knowledge of the financial services industry environment, trends, processes, and business relations
  • Experience in outlining a consistent technology strategy for assigned customers

  • Expertise in selling big deals in Application, Digital transformation, to Enterprise and Corporate size clients (average deal size > $5M)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build relationships to share credible ideas, insights, and experience
  • Identify IT and business needs and propose IT transformations and innovation
  • Define the roadmap of change and architect a feasible solution
  • Validate the solution with the customer and bridge it into DXC solutions
  • Develop deal timelines and ensure deal team milestones are met
  • Assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment
  • Validate and endorse the technical solution for the deal
  • Work with delivery to assure solution design can be properly delivered
  • Lead the pursuit team in developing a winning value proposition that meets customer needs
  • Drive consultative selling approach in relation to financial services industry trends and challenges
  • Mobilize network of DXC experts to showcase technical capabilities and viable solutions across the stack (Applications, Analytics, Digital Engineering)
  • Identify value-adding opportunities provided by DXC and its partner ecosystem
  • Interact with customers’ key stakeholders/recipients to seek validation and sponsorship of solution stages/roadmap and timing of outcomes
  • Coordinate all deal team efforts with sponsorship of Sales Manager/Director
