Candidates must have 6+ years of sales experience, including negotiating high-value contracts with enterprise customers and consistently exceeding sales quotas. Experience at a hyper-growth startup with over 100% year-over-year growth is required, along with a minimum annual quota of $1.6M in SaaS revenue (ARR) in previous roles. While remote candidates are considered, preference is given to those based in NYC, Boston, or Chicago.
The Strategic Account Executive will identify, engage, and close new business with strategic enterprise customers in the multifamily industry. This involves working directly with C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives, owning the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, and managing closed accounts for further sales expansion. Responsibilities also include providing customer feedback to guide product development, consistently meeting sales goals, and actively participating in industry events to increase market presence.
