Requirements

Candidates should possess industry domain knowledge in High Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Contact Center verticals. A strong understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions is required, along with demonstrated experience simplifying complex concepts for both technical and business audiences. Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies is necessary, as is experience working with Global 2000 enterprises and a background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs. Experience in SAP Supply Chain is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will act as a strategic advisor, evangelizing the value of Automation and AI to businesses by combining digital workforce capabilities with AI/ML. They will serve as a thought leader on advancing the UiPath platform and developing industry-specific solutions. Responsibilities include partnering with the sales team to define account strategies, building and delivering industry-specific demos and proof of value, and conducting process discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and quantify their value. The role also involves collaborating with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine offerings and provide feedback for continuous innovation.
