Candidates should possess at least four years of experience in automation testing for web applications, with experience developing using automation frameworks in Node.js such as WebdriverIO, NightwatchJS, Puppeteer, or Cypress.io, along with experience working with Page Objects and UI maps, and experience with CI tools like GitlabCI or Jenkins, and experience with unit testing and bug tracking tools like Jira or Testrails. Fluency in both oral and written Spanish and English communication skills are required.
The Senior QA Automation Engineer will lead the cultural evolution within the Software Engineering team by implementing best practices for product success, including test automation, monitoring, product specifications, and pipeline configuration, and will create reports and metrics to detect risks of future quality issues, continuously research new technologies and solutions to improve quality and self-train, understand customer needs and usage patterns to enhance QA processes, document design patterns and best practices for the automation framework, design, develop, and maintain tests, and be responsible for the development pipeline in terms of quality on CI.
