Experience presenting trends to stakeholders or C-suite leaders and the ability to create operational roadmaps are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The CSC Data Analyst will serve as the primary analyst for Customer Solutions Center operations, integrating platform data into consolidated views and facilitating cross-departmental communication. Responsibilities include performing root cause analysis on KPI performance, managing CSC reporting for operational and performance management, and providing insights to support strategic discussions. The analyst will partner with the CSC finance business partner to offer recommendations, prepare regular CSC reporting and dashboards using tools like Looker, Amplitude, and Zendesk, and proactively identify areas for analytics improvement. Additionally, the role involves undertaking ad-hoc strategic projects and analyses to support leadership decision-making.
