Requirements

Candidates should have a strong technical background with over 4 years of experience as a software engineer and at least 2 years of experience building automation solutions or RPA systems. Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation is required, and experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a plus. The ideal candidate thinks through problems thoroughly, ensures scalability, error handling, and maintenance in designs, and can articulate tradeoffs between manual and automated processes.

Responsibilities

The RPA Software Engineer will collaborate with coworkers to understand customer needs, design intelligent automation systems, and build automation solutions. They will own the scoping, design, and development of RPA solutions and automation workflows, develop intelligent bots and automation scripts to streamline tax compliance processes, and identify manual processes to transform them into automated solutions. The role also involves collaborating with Operations to address technical issues for internal and external customers.
