Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience in consumer goods, food/beverage, or supplements is required, along with strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, and fulfillment processes. Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as NetSuite or ShipBob is necessary, as is proven ability to manage 3PLs and co-manufacturers. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, production scheduling with co-manufacturers, and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include managing procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, negotiating with suppliers and logistics partners, and monitoring supplier performance. The role also involves managing purchase orders, ensuring inbound products meet quality and regulatory standards, coordinating corrective actions for defects, supporting audits, and maintaining supply chain KPIs to identify and execute process improvements.
