Dialpad is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for running demos and proof of concepts, gathering success criteria, configuring systems, providing admin and user training, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs and present Dialpad solutions effectively. This position requires an in-depth understanding of Dialpad's products and services, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
