Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in a SaaS environment, or equivalent. They should have in-depth knowledge of the RingCentral Ecosystem, including UCaaS solutions, Legacy voice, data networking, and security.
The RingCentral Carrier Sales Solutions Engineer will partner with Service Providers, direct sellers, and Channel Partners to provide technical pre-sales support, conduct product demonstrations, co-sell, assess prospect network readiness, and validate solutions through Proof of Concepts (POCs). Additional responsibilities include business development, enablement and training for partners, managing customer feature requests, lab testing, supporting events, and representing RingCentral at industry events while maintaining an expert understanding of RingCentral applications and products.
