A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux are essential, along with outstanding presentation skills and technical background in networking, security applications, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Willingness to travel up to 10% is also required. Preferred qualifications include industry-recognized certifications, scripting and DevOps experience, and exposure to Identity Providers like Azure and Okta.
The Enterprise Sales Engineer will provide and manage pre-sales technical support for Keeper products, working closely with the sales team to identify customer opportunities and understand their business needs. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations, collaborating with product development and engineering teams, and addressing technical questions during the sales process. The role also involves acting as a technical advisor to customers, staying informed about industry trends, analyzing complex problems, and establishing relationships with technical personnel. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will ensure accurate activity updates in Salesforce, report to management, create and deliver technical product presentations and training sessions, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. The position requires the ability to travel to customer meetings and operate a vehicle.
