Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 6 years of professional experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on driving program success for B2B customers. Strong program management skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and a proven track record of working with key stakeholders to define and execute strategic programs. Proficiency with Google suite and familiarity with project/workflow management tools such as Asana are desired, as is experience with SQL for data extraction and implementing data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and growth. An understanding of digital marketing and online marketplace is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will partner across with Sales to execute a current customer event promotion program, designing the optimal package for creators. You will expand current programs and develop new ones based on creators trends and business needs, balancing business impact and cost of execution. You will set program targets with Marketing and Sales leaders, own day-to-day management and reporting of the program, and be accountable to drive target achievement and program success. Additionally, you will use Google suites and program/workflow management tools to ensure smooth and efficient program execution.
