THE TEAM

The Product Marketing team at Eventbrite is responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Eventbrite's products and services. We collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to understand customer needs, articulate the value of Eventbrite, and ensure our customers' success.

THE ROLE

As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will partner with Sales to develop and execute programs aimed at acquiring new customers and improving current customer retention. This includes managing customized event promotion services for top creators using Eventbrite's marketing platform, which expands creators' reach and positions Eventbrite as a key partner for growth. This role involves driving program development, day-to-day management, sales coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time contract role, remote, based in Mexico, Argentina, or Spain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Sales to execute a current customer event promotion program, leveraging marketing knowledge and program management skills to design optimal packages for creators.
  • Expand existing programs and develop new ones based on creator trends and business needs, balancing business impact with execution costs.
  • Set program targets in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leaders.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations and reporting, ensuring accountability for target achievement and program success.
  • Utilize Google Suite and program/workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) for efficient program execution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on driving program success for B2B customers.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing strategic programs with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with project/workflow management tools such as Asana is an advantage.
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction.
  • Experience implementing data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and growth.
  • An understanding of digital marketing and online marketplaces is a strong plus.
  • A self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for live experiences and supporting creators.
