Responsibilities

The Senior Campaign Specialist will develop and manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and owners across functions, driving end-to-end execution in collaboration with various teams. This role involves ensuring campaign readiness by aligning assets, workflows, and tracking across all stakeholders, and managing Tier 2 and analyst report launches, including timelines and coordination. The specialist will own campaign activations from intake to approvals, maintain and update shared tools and documents, and keep timelines, calendars, and status trackers current. Responsibilities also include coordinating the development of messaging frameworks, content, creative assets, enablement, and distribution plans, driving asset completion, QA, and approvals. The role serves as a central point of contact, delivering status updates, anticipating risks, and identifying improvements to workflows and processes to enable repeatable, high-quality execution.
