They must be resilient to rejection, proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage their own time and priorities in a fast-paced, adaptive environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the boutique fitness industry, a strategic mindset for pipeline creation, experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, and a competitive nature with a drive to exceed targets.
The Sales Development Representative will generate prospect lists, call prospects to book demos with Account Executives, and target key accounts using a multi-modal outreach approach. Responsibilities also include assisting with data quality management and enrichment, learning CRM best practices and workflows, and participating in sales training programs.
