Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales development or account executive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong organizational and time management abilities. A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset is required, as is a collaborative approach to teamwork. Familiarity with sales tools like Pocus, Salesforce, Chilipiper, Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Drift, Qualified, and Intercom is expected, with knowledge of visual collaboration software being a plus.
The Sales Development Representative will act as the initial point of contact for new customers, engaging them via call, email, or chat to understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate internal teams. A key responsibility is to proactively reach out to engaged prospects through various channels to generate interest and schedule appointments.
