Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience, with experience in digital media, e-commerce, technology platforms, or SaaS solutions being a plus. Experience making high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and decision makers is required, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, reliability, ethical conduct, and the ability to multitask and prioritize are essential. Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
The Sales Development Representative will maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospective clients, update client data and communications within Salesforce CRM, and conduct virtual software product demonstrations using screen share technology. They will also become a subject matter expert across the product suite and digital media industry and support sales and account management teams as needed.
