Sales Development Representative

Position Overview

Sales Development Representatives are driven, dedicated individuals with a knack for smashing quotas and succeeding in retail technology SaaS sales. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, focusing on recruiting new clients through a mix of cold calling and warm leads to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. As a key engine for growth, the Sales Development Representative will connect our innovative products and services to manufacturers nationwide. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, prospective clients.
  • Update client data and communications within Salesforce CRM.
  • Conduct software product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology.
  • Become a subject matter expert across our product suite and the digital media industry.
  • Support sales and account management teams as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales experience.
    • Experience with selling digital media, e-commerce, technology platforms, and/or a Software-as-a-Service solution is a plus.
  • Experience making high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hard-working, self-motivated, reliable, and ethical.
  • Ability to multi-task, set, and adjust priorities is critical.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
  • Bonus: Variable bonus
  • Note: Salary ranges are based on current market data. Offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
