Responsibilities

As the Director of E-Commerce, you will oversee the growth, performance, and ongoing operations of Stio’s e-commerce sales channel, driving the performance and optimization of the Stio.com website. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, managing A/B tests, overseeing a team of 3-5 team members, and contributing to the overall go-to-market process, collaborating with various teams including Product, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for revenue growth and margin maximization, strategic leadership in merchandising, team management, and utilizing data to enhance the customer experience and improve conversion rates.
