The Account Manager will manage relationships with key mid-market clients, contributing to engagements and ensuring the health of these relationships. Responsibilities include preparing materials for quarterly business reviews, providing partners with data and reporting to optimize budgets, and showcasing Fetch's value to increase partner spend and reduce churn. The role also involves developing an understanding of Fetch's overall strategy, guiding partners to valuable offerings, strategically communicating the partnership's impact, and collaborating with internal teams like implementation, analytics, insights, and measurement to ensure partner success and rightsized costs. Additionally, the Account Manager will engage with implementation coordinators to ensure special offers meet partner objectives.
