Account Manager - Mid-Market

Position Overview

Fetch is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships and key clients within the Mid-Market space. This full-time role can be based in one of our US offices or remotely within the United States. You will report directly to the VP, Industry Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to engagements with key partners, ensuring the health and productivity of these relationships, with ongoing oversight and mentorship.
  • Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and other key partner touchpoints to continuously improve Fetch's relationships with partners. Opportunity to attend some meetings for professional development.
  • Ensure partners have regular access to data and reporting to optimize Fetch's share of partner budgets, demonstrating value to increase partner spend and reduce churn.
  • Develop an understanding of Fetch strategy across Sales, marketing, tech, product, and design.
  • Guide partners to valuable Fetch offerings that drive mutual business forward, strategically communicating the impact of the partnership.
  • Collaborate with senior team members, implementation, analytics, insights, and measurement teams to maintain rightsized costs for partners.
  • Engage with implementation coordinators (Onboarding) to ensure Special Offers are likely to achieve partner objectives, with oversight and support.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing sales/account management experience in digital media.
  • Vertical expertise in the mid-market space, targeting relevant stakeholders (senior-level marketing, media, and executive contacts).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.

Preferred Requirements

  • Meeting expectations around goals, including revenue, year-over-year revenue growth, contract fulfillment, brand activations, and more.
