  • Salary: Hourly base pay rate plus uncapped variable pay. Average earnings of $50,000 - $70,000 per year. Base pay rate of $18.16 per hour.

Houzz is seeking motivated individuals to join their Sales Development Representative (SDR) program. As an SDR, you will be instrumental in helping industry professionals grow and manage their businesses using the Houzz Pro SaaS solution. You will be a primary point of contact for new professionals and a key enabler of the sales team's success. This role offers a path for career advancement in SaaS Sales with comprehensive training through the Houzz University SDR Program, combining coaching, certifications, and product pitching experience. Successful completion of the 12-month program makes you eligible for a promotion to Sales Representative.

Requirements

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

  • 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Management Trainee, or Restaurant/Hospitality is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Contact Houzz professionals and non-users via phone and email.
  • Educate remodeling, design, and service professionals on the Houzz Pro platform and its marketing opportunities.
  • Qualify sales leads based on specific criteria.
  • Schedule calls between Houzz professionals and SaaS Sales Representatives.
  • Assist Houzz professionals with creating free professional profiles.
  • Develop strong customer service relationships with generated leads and prospects.
