Requirements

Candidates must be a permanent resident in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nebraska, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Texas. Previous experience directly interacting with customers or clients is desired, along with a preferred undergraduate degree. Grit and resilience, coachability, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and adaptability are also required. Tech savviness and a team player attitude are beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will contact Houzz professionals and home professionals to educate them about the Houzz Pro platform and build value around local marketing opportunities. They will qualify sales leads, schedule calls between Houzz professionals and sales representatives, assist with creating professional profiles, and develop customer service relationships with leads and prospects. Additionally, they will participate in a 12-month training program and be eligible for promotion to Sales Representative upon successful completion.
