Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and sales management
  • Top-of-funnel sales development experience within the SaaS/Technology/Intelligence environment (SaaS desirable)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and empower team members to achieve objectives
  • Strategic mindset in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hiring, training, and management of a team of Sales Development Representatives to deliver on monthly and quarterly pipeline growth targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with key cross-functional partners (marketing, sales, sales ops & enablement, recruiting & HR) to achieve company targets
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize results
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to empower team members to achieve their goals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions for Sales Development Representatives
  • Continuously refine and enhance the sales development process for improved efficiency and outcomes
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion
  • Oversee and cultivate a team to enhance top-of-funnel pipeline growth and sales revenue
