Our platform leverages a flexible data model, deep integrations, fast APIs, and AI to streamline HR processes, reduce compliance risks, and enhance employee experience. We've helped customers reduce administrative work by 65% and onboarding time by 55%.

We are seeking motivated, independent individuals with high social intelligence, ambition, and a natural instinct for selling to join our growing Sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the initial point of contact, responsible for identifying and pursuing leads to create commercial opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel with a strong focus on cold outbound outreach.
  • Take full ownership of discovering and executing effective tactics to generate pipeline.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-potential target accounts aligned with growth goals and identify additional promising prospects.
  • Connect with leads across various channels, including email, phone, social platforms, and live chat.
  • Develop deep product expertise and clearly communicate its value, offering compelling solutions.
  • Generate meaningful feedback from lead conversations to help improve the product and customer experience.

Requirements

  • A few years of work experience is a plus, though not necessarily in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in selling – please detail your experience in your application.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and high-energy presence in interactions.
  • Grit and resilience; ability to overcome rejection and find creative solutions.
  • Outcome-driven with a focus on iterating approaches to improve performance and hit goals.
  • Willingness to meet prospects in person to forge meaningful connections.
  • Adaptable and proactive, willing to engage in various prospecting methods (cold calling, video prospecting, testing new channels).
  • Naturally curious about business problems and motivated to help solve them.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments with a strong bias for action.
