Sales Develoment Representative, SMB | DACH

As a Sales Development Representative for the SMB DACH team, the role involves driving Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads, collaborating with the wider sales team, conducting market research to identify new potential customers and leads, qualifying these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding, educating and developing leads through various channels, identifying and developing an in-depth understanding of lead generation processes, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive, generating email sequences, and making cold calls to map and penetrate accounts, and conducting follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
