As a Sales Associate, you will represent Baxter and our products with confidence, fueled by your understanding of our portfolio and belief in its value to patients. You will build trust and relationships with healthcare professionals, acting as the primary connection to Baxter's solutions. Your insights and feedback will be crucial in informing priorities and changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio (Smartbeds, surfaces & other medical devices) in a hospital setting to support product optimization.
• Support territory sales activities and assist with training new sales team members when needed.
• Ensure educational programs meet corporate and customer goals.
• Act as a liaison between the team and customers.
• Work directly alongside the sales team and customers.
• Participate in delivery/implementation planning activities (customer meetings, conference calls, WebEx training, etc.).
• Assist in driving new sales opportunities while helping maintain existing business.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the corporation.
• Conduct negotiations and finalize sales.
• Lead all aspects of the installation of new products post-delivery to the customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Two (2) or more years of experience, preferably in sales.
• Outstanding communication skills and public speaking ability.
• High level of motivation, drive, resilience, dedication, and integrity.
• Excellent influential skills.
• Ability to implement strong strategy plans and bring tasks to completion.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile.

Travel Requirements

• Territory: Ohio / Western Pennsylvania / Western New York / West Virginia.
• Preferred Residence: Columbus, OH or Cleveland, OH.
• Travel: Up to 75%, with overnight regional travel expected, and occasional National travel possible.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated Annual Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000. This range may vary based on market data, location, skills, expertise, experience, and other factors.
• Sales Incentive Plan (SIP): Eligible for incentive compensation.
