The Systems Support Engineer will provide exceptional customer service by responding to technical support requests via phone, email, and online channels, representing the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality. They will assist customers with software installation and deployment, track and monitor support cases for timely resolution, and clearly document and find solutions for customer issues and product problems. Furthermore, the role involves escalating critical situations, communicating technical information to various teams, and incorporating solutions into product releases.
