Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience building and scaling revenue technology systems in high-growth environments, demonstrating a proven ability to architect and implement Salesforce and other revenue tools. Strong experience with data integration, reporting, and process optimization is required, along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable system enhancements. Experience with HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Apollo is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the RevOps Systems Manager, you will oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and revenue technology systems, including HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Apollo, ensuring robust security and alignment with business needs. You will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into key revenue metrics, and identify and resolve system inefficiencies through automation and process improvements. Furthermore, you will act as a liaison between Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success, coordinating cross-departmental changes and ensuring seamless integration across functions.
