About the Role

The RevOps Systems Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and innovation of Fieldguide's revenue technology stack. This role is crucial for supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable systems that align with the company's growth strategy. You will architect solutions, improve reporting, drive automation, and integrate tools to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.

What You'll Do

Systems & Salesforce Administration

  • Oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and revenue technology systems (HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
  • Manage user profiles, permissions, roles, and ensure robust security settings.
  • Customize and maintain system functionality, including fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation.
  • Regularly perform system checks, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates for optimal performance.

Data Integration & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows, dashboards, and reports for key revenue metrics.
  • Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Process Optimization & Tool Integration

  • Identify and resolve system inefficiencies through automation and process improvements.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools into the existing technology stack.
  • Document best practices and ensure consistent adoption through training and support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Translate business requirements into system and process enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental changes to ensure seamless integration.

About You

  • 5–7+ years of experience building and scaling revenue technology systems in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to architect and implement Salesforce solutions.
