Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of business systems, including experience with Business Systems Analysts, Managers, and related roles. Prior experience in Engineering, such as Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, or Software Engineering, is preferred. Experience in Information Technology, encompassing IT Specialists, Engineers, and Managers, is beneficial, as is experience in Merchandising with roles like Merchandise Assistants, Managers, and Technical Designers. Candidates should also have experience in Planning, including Planning Assistants, Associates, and Managers, and in Sourcing, with roles such as Sourcing Associates and Managers. Strategic roles like Wholesale Coordinators, Account Executives, and Sales Directors are also relevant.

Responsibilities

As an Operations & Technology team member, you will contribute to the overall functionality and efficiency of Bombas’s business systems, supporting various roles within the company, including Business Systems, Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology, Merchandising, Planning, and Sourcing. You will assist in the implementation and maintenance of these systems, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and commitment to inclusivity and community impact. Additionally, you will participate in the development and execution of strategies related to wholesale coordination, account executive activities, and sales direction, contributing to the continued growth and success of Bombas.
