Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in software engineering or Martech development, with 3-5 years in a technical leadership role. Experience with cloud-native technologies, AWS PaaS architectures, large-volume data processing, SQL tuning, DocumentDB (MongoDB), ELT, data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake), pipeline creation, DBT, Java, JavaScript, scripting languages, SFDC Apex, AMPscript, CRM platforms (especially Salesforce Sales Cloud), customer data management, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), secure data architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is required. Advanced technical certifications in Salesforce or related Martech tools are a plus.
The Technical Architect – Marketing Technology will design and implement secure, scalable solutions for global marketing operations, focusing on marketing platforms, lead generation, data integration, and campaign systems. This role involves unifying, activating, and analyzing customer data, integrating it with transaction tools and multiple data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks, and connecting to over 100 destinations. Responsibilities include leveraging identity graphs for identity resolution, supporting AI-based audience segmentation and real-time personalization through streaming data ingestion, integrating multiple MAP platforms (e.g., SFMC, Pardot) for omni-channel integrations, enabling event-based triggering for customer journeys, ensuring consistent messaging across various channels, aligning transaction systems and data warehouses with internal process controls, and auditing data flows for visibility and compliance with consent-based marketing and suppression lists.
