Position Overview

NeuraFlash is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to manage projects for our Enterprise customers. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership to analyze customer requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging Salesforce and the Force.com platform. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both small and large clients in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical and consultative skills, and can confidently interact with VP and Director-level stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure successful delivery of assigned client projects.
  • Drive the implementation of high-quality AI and digital service solutions.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing the operational aspects of projects and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and all stakeholders.
  • Assist consultant team members in delivering client presentations during requirements gathering, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing phases.
  • Plan, initiate, and manage Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software projects.
  • Coordinate IT project teams to ensure client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations, and data transfers.
  • Assess business implications at each project stage.
  • Execute the role of Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for systems and product delivery.
  • Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to NeuraFlash daily.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment.
  • Experience applying Agile approaches to project management.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, serving as a project manager or scrum leader.
  • Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is required.
